Pros: Once you get used to its logic, its very easy to create the most complex automation flows. It has built-in integrations to almost every 3rd party software or technology.You can automate every process which your IT employees manually do and reduce the time or man/hour costs greatly...

Cons: There arent much source online to get help when youre stuck. Just MF online forums or documentation pages. Also MF Level 1 support is very bad if you open a service ticket.

Overall: In all my IT career, this is one of the best and most efficient tool which actually gives you the chance to create really impressive solutions to IT processes.
