Makes my life easier in so many ways, from being able to send custom emails, to adding items, to returning tracking information to my 3dcart store. I would be spending tens-of-thousands in developer fees for the functionality. Exceptional customer service and extremely fair pricing is icing on the cake. Thank you Order Desk! Cons I pay so much more for comparatively crappy software that it makes me nervous Order Desk will realize what an amazing value they are providing and raise their plan prices. :D Alternatives considered [Extensiv Integration Manager](https://www.capterra.com/p/180226/CartRover/) Reason for choosing Order Desk CartRover was too had to use, and glitchy. Switched from [Zapier](https://www.capterra.com/p/130182/Zapier/) I couldn't get sophisticated support at Zapier and the functionality was limited. Incredible software with a great support team behind it. Pros Software does what it says and it just works. Very simple to add integrations for sales channels and warehouse providers. Cons The lack of multi-warehouse inventory sync would be the one service I hope to see addressed in the near future. Review Source VR Verified Reviewer Ecommerce Manager Retail Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Really great for small online sellers who don't need a lot of functionality and just need order" October 29, 2020 4.0 Overall it was really nice, they were very responsive to any requests or questions taht we had and it gave us a feel of how a system can work and make your life easier. Pros It was easy to deploy, customer service was very personable and quick. I liked the UI which was very friendly and easy to use. Cons I didn't like that there was no option for mass label printing, we had a lot of online orders at the time from a number of different markets and needed to improve the speed at which we fulfilled orders. Their support team is amazing and their product is well documented in their user manual. Pros We love the flexibility of Orderdesk to be able to edit an order before it is imported. For example, we can add order prefixes or change different aspects of an order that were imported from Shopify. Once in order desk, we can write additional automation rules to do almost anything we ever desired with the order data before passing to shipstation for shipment. As a dropship supplier, we are also able to use order desk to keep items in an order that are not shipped by our company from being submitted to us. This was done by using shopify vendor field or item tags to separate items that we supply. Order desk can look at an order, identify our items and then only identify the items on that we supply. It will then only import those items into orderdesk (and subsequently to Shipstation). Tracking is also sent back on a sku by sku basis which is amazing.
