Pros: Easy setup , great choice of 1300 numbers .

Cons: Can improve on the terminologies for beginners . Possibly a setup guide sent to user by default .

Overall: I've been using this service for a little over a couple of months . I use my initial 1300 number with easy-inbound and buddy it up with a virtual PBX using Asterix . Works very well .
