Pros: Best thing about Survaider is that it dovetails all feedbacks on different channels at one place and allows one to answer, keeps record of feedback analysis that can be posted on comments coloumn and provides combination of different statistics which are useful for a better assessment of overall performance and we can keep track of all feedbacks at one go.

Cons: None as such. It would be useful if we can track and avoid fake reviews on google

Overall: Very user friendly and very helpful support team. Our response time to feedback on different channels improved by a great margin and we are able to keep track of feedback and analyse in better way

Pros: It helped us improve our hotel's turnaround time on different OTAs. The variety of features that Survaider provides helps in giving immediate attention to issues and units. Bringing all reviews at one place and the review reply feature is very helpful as it saves time. Timely client support shows how dedicated a team they are.

Cons: Currently we are receiving daily, weekly and monthly reports. Hope to see much more intuitive reports.

Pros: Aspect scores feature, helps us to analyze different aspects of the hotel which needs immediate attention. Review reply feature is also helpful as it saves time by bringing all reviews at one place.

Cons:

Currently, we are unable to reply to Yatra and Booking. Com sites. SMS and direct email option should start at the earliest. It would be great if you can start these options.

Pros: It is very useful to check the reviews at any point of time. The numeric data in the report helps in a greater extent.

Cons: The Graphical view is not good. It will be very easy if the graphs come handy.

Overall: My over all experience with Survaider has been very good so far. The support we receive is tremendous.I would like to say thanks to representatives who always helps in case of issues.

Pros: It helps me to monitor our organization rating siting in my office, now I don't have to call or collect reviews from individual source, I can get all reviews, complaints and suggestion

Cons: nothing all well so far, you may include F&B ratings little more

Overall: now every day I don't have to Waite for reports to be sent, I can get the access from survaider

Pros: Very punctual to deliver the customer feed back

Cons: Tracking of more customer and receiving the feed back should be more in numbers while it is concerned with ORM for any organization. Interaction with the customers( hotels) should be maintained on weekly basis to know the Pros and Cons and get updated for better service.

Overall: We are associated with Survaider by and large for almost one year. Yes we have got benefited through them as ORM is being maintained more prominent than before but they should organize a weekly meeting with us for better prospect. Correspondence need to be addressed properly and that too on time.
