The tool is useful for gathering inputs from everyone, it does also suggest that people do not also fill in anything and everything, because it does get seen by everyone in the business who are looking to improve their models or process. Cons I have not used the tool enough to understand the Cons of using it. this was a trial and demonstration only, from the demonstration, it looks to be promising for companies trying to do a lot of continuous and and process improvment. Cons When I click into the tile of "Ideas" and/or the sub-menu of "My Ideas" from the "Process Improvement" tile. I have to go back to home menu, then to "Process Improvement" tile to access, "Manage Ideas" or "My Projects". Feels like there should be a cleaner way to flip between.
