Pros This is an easy to use and flexible tool for making continuous improvement happen in an organization. Whether the user is a "belt" running a project, a coach, or an executive -- the tool gives quick access to the information needed, whether a refresher or a template for project leaders, or a comprehensive view of organizational progress. Cons It's a solid work in progress, and as such navigation always can be improved. But that's not a criticism of the current state, so much as a realization that continuous improvement is everywhere. The site is easy to use and not to over the top with art and color, very business, very straightforward. Has the ability to house a lot of different levels of your need: ie. Start to finish. Cons Overall Look is basic, maybe too basic. The system could be upgraded to feel more lux and important. The general image of the sites give you the feeling that its not what you think it is. Pros The ROI for this software is exceptional. The ability to track from ideation to project completion is seamless. This tool already is and will continue to bring significant value to the organization. Cons When I click into the tile of "Ideas" and/or the sub-menu of "My Ideas" from the "Process Improvement" tile. I have to go back to home menu, then to "Process Improvement" tile to access, "Manage Ideas" or "My Projects". Feels like there should be a cleaner way to flip between. Pros I used this program to access records in college school environment. It was good to be able to pay bills, access grades and transcript among other features. Action tracking a welcome addition to functionality. Ideation use case is very accessible and within the ability of all workers. Helpful for process and keeping groups on track. Helps define documentation needed for various projects and tollgate reviews. Pros The tools section is very helpful, as well as the teaching/learning modules. Cons There are times when I would like to sort the columns in a different way (such as having a column that identifies when the quality improvement idea was submitted and being able to sort all columns by that). The tool is useful for gathering inputs from everyone, it does also suggest that people do not also fill in anything and everything, because it does get seen by everyone in the business who are looking to improve their models or process. Cons I have not used the tool enough to understand the Cons of using it. this was a trial and demonstration only, from the demonstration, it looks to be promising for companies trying to do a lot of continuous and and process improvment. It brings the information together in one system from milestones, actions, and tracking benefits. Pros The software presents itself in a logical approach to drive success in a project. From the start of the project, the tool guides you through the steps and has training help for the specific topics if you need them. It is easy to navigate and you have all your tools there. No need to use different software. Pros We just got introduce to compass. I think is great tool for projects planning, presentation and monitoring.
