Pros Great software designed by an arborist for arborists, we have been using it for 2 years, first 2 weeks was not the simplest to get used to but once the penny dropped and it all became familiar great ! Support I have to say is brilliant ! and I like we can give suggestions which often get included in future releases. I would not hesitate recommending to other arborists in business. Cons Takes time to get used to .... Really do need the excellent support available though to get used to it !
