Pros

Integrated with Quickbook accounting. Provide full service at a price cheaper than CPA firms. 60 days money back guarantee.

Cons

The setup is such a pain. Payroll functions are very limited. It could do basic payroll, but not advanced. Customer support waiting time to is too long.
