Pros I like the fact that Quickbooks Payroll allows a small buisness owner to keep track of hours worked, employee paychecks and billing all in one platform. Cons The pricing was a little higher than i would have liked but you get what you pay for and Quickbooks is the best ive ever used. Pros It has the advantage of being customizable to suit your business needs. QuickBooks Pay is also very user friendly, making it easy to use. The automatic payroll feature saves time, and reporting and paying taxes are handled efficiently. It also simplifies employee setup and onboarding. Cons I hope that 401k contributions and payments will be handled automatically by QuickBooks as the payer. Given that we are a small business, it was slightly more expensive than expected.
