The experience is great in the fact that it has not created any problems for me yet. I do not see any problems coming either.

Pros

I like the automatic reports that come from Quickbooks Enterprise. We have it now that we receive reports once a week.

Cons

I havent found out anything that would make me not like this product. I do not use all of its tools, so maybe I need to use it more.

When paying vendors, most of them use QuickBooks to send digital invoices and receive payment. I do this about once a week and it is incredibly easy

Pros

I like how easy it is to pay vendor invoices without having an account. As an employee who pays the invoices, it’s extremely simple to receive an invoice link to my email and pay the invoice, then download the receipt as a PDF.

Cons

When paying multiple invoices from the same company, it is sometimes difficult to split the invoices and view or pay them individually.

QuickBooks Enterprise provides a highly reliable, robust accounting and operational solution that excels at managing high transaction volumes and complex, multi-location inventory. It serves as an effective bridge for growing mid-sized businesses that have outgrown standard bookkeeping software but wish to avoid the significant costs and implementation challenges associated with traditional corporate ERP systems. While the platform is exceptionally stable and feature-rich, its legacy interface and increasing subscription costs necessitate full utilization of its advanced tracking modules to ensure an optimal return on investment.

Pros

QuickBooks Enterprise is the perfect solution for our mid-sized business, as it effortlessly handles our massive transactional volume. The advanced inventory tracking, multi-warehousing capabilities, and customizable user permissions are exactly what we needed to scale. It bridges the gap perfectly between basic small-business bookkeeping software and overly complex, multi-million dollar ERP systems.

Cons

The pricing model for QuickBooks Enterprise has reached an unsustainable level. Intuit is effectively compelling legacy users to transition to costly annual subscriptions while simultaneously removing essential localized features. Furthermore, the customer support experience is consistently frustrating, as the automated systems and representatives often lack the technical expertise required to assist with advanced accounting configurations.

Overall, my experience has been very positive. Once you get used to the system, it becomes a powerful tool for managing accounting, transactions, payroll, and invoicing all in one place. It offers good value for money if you actually use the advanced features it provides. Email communication for invoices and reports works well, and transaction management is reliable and accurate. It’s not the simplest software out there, but it’s dependable and built for businesses that need more than basic accounting. I’d recommend it to mid-sized or growing businesses that need detailed reporting and strong inventory management, but smaller teams might find it more than they need.

Pros

What I liked most about QuickBooks Enterprise is how robust it is. It handles large amounts of data and transactions without slowing down, which is a big deal for a growing business. The reporting tools are excellent — you can really drill down into the numbers and customize reports to fit your needs. Inventory management is also a strong point, especially if you’re managing multiple warehouses or a large product list. Invoicing and invoice management are straightforward, and I like that you can track payments and outstanding balances easily. Overall, it gives you a lot of control over your financials.

Cons

The biggest downside is the price. It’s definitely an investment, especially for smaller businesses. There’s also a learning curve — it’s not the most beginner-friendly system, and it can feel overwhelming at first. Some features feel a bit outdated in terms of interface design. Customer support is decent, but sometimes wait times can be longer than expected.

I would recommend enterprise any day. My first experience with it was several years ago and I loved it then. I transitioned my client to it a year ago. They are a contractor with 10+ employees. Although some seem to feel the monthly cost seems high, the fact that it includes a number of things, such as payroll, all things considered, it is a good deal.

Pros

Manage job costs by vendor, create estimates, track change orders, and analyze profitability with customizable job cost reports. You can track change orders Purchase orders and invoices.

Cons

Can be overwhelming if you are not familiar but they do offer courses on this topic so you can be more familiar with the topic.

My overall experience with QuickBooks Enterprise was good. It made receiving my salary straightforward and reliable, and everything was easy to use from an employee's perspective.

Pros

As an employee, getting my salary through QuickBooks Enterprise was easy and convenient. Payments were processed on time, and it was simple to access my pay information.

Cons

I didn't experience any major issues. The system worked well for my payroll needs. The interface can feel a bit outdated, and it may take some time for new users to become familiar with all of its features. Aside from that, I didn't experience any major issues.

Overall, I've had a positive experience with QuickBooks Enterprise. The software has been reliable and easy to navigate, allowing me to manage my company's finances efficiently. However, I've encountered some occasional glitches and limitations that prevent me from giving it a perfect score.

Pros

QuickBooks Enterprise is pretty solid for managing our company's finances. It's taken a bit to figure out, but once we got the hang of it, we've been using it regularly for about a year now.

Cons

One thing that's kind of annoying is that the reporting features can be a bit cluttered, making it hard to find what we need. We've had to take some extra time to learn how to use them effectively.

I only used the free trial, but my initial experience was positive. The software felt professional, well organized, and designed for businesses with more advanced accounting needs. While I didn't use it long enough to evaluate every feature, it gave me confidence that it could be a valuable tool for clinics or growing practices that need detailed financial management.

Pros

I wanted something that could simplify the financial side of managing a practice. During the free trial, I found the interface organized and the reporting features easy to explore. It seemed like a comprehensive solution with tools that could save time once everything is set up.

Cons

There is a learning curve because of the number of features available, and I felt that the trial period wasn't quite long enough to explore everything in depth. The full version also appears to be a significant investment.

I would rate my experience a 6/10 overall. The issues we’ve had have been frustrating trying to diagnose, and customer support was not very knowledgeable or helpful when I’ve called. I’ve had to diagnose and solve issues on my own.

Pros

I like that it is an all in one platform. I’m able to keep my books in order, send invoices, initiate payouts to contractors, and send out 1099s, all in one.

Cons

I’ve had several issues in the past with payouts being sent twice (to the same person), transactions being classified the wrong way and not being calculated into 1099 income (ultimately missing income on contractor 1099s), and their invoicing process being counted as income and having to consolidate when payments come in through out actual bank account.
