But when we had issues, such as after upgrading from version 12 or 14.... sometime early 2010's, the system was extremely broken. It took over 17 hours of phone call time, over 1 week, speaking to india most of the time, before it was finally escelated to a team who could fix it. Shut down the accounting department for a week and had to go back to paper. Was a nightmare and still a painful memory. We had the most expensive plan, and they still had ads and needless upselling everywhere in the UI. It is annoying af. Pros Desktop version is a pretty powerful platform. I used it for over 10 years daily and felt it handled the needs of the 5 companies we used it for.
