Pros
Their staff are responsive and provide the support needed to be successful.
The Pathwright team has been nothing short of fabulous helping our organization onboard to the platform, and even making custom tweaks to enable features we were hoping to integrate.
Finally we have a platform we love that makes crafting online courses and taking them a joy. Pathwright is flexible in terms of its content capabilities, with a pleasing design aesthetic.
This is the LMS you have been waiting for. It is flexible, beautiful, and effective - packing in all the features you want and need without allowing those features to clutter the UI of the platform.
Cons
Sometimes, navigating through courses and sections can be very painful.
It is hard to learn how to build courses at first.
Maybe in the future they will add some more customizable options for content blocks, but it seriously has everything you need and looks very professional right out of the gate.
I suppose if someone wanted an app-centric software to do a similar thing instead of via browser this is limited.

"Amazing Product"
Overall: We love this company and its product. They provide a great service that large and small organizations can use to deploy learning content quickly and without too much elbow grease. Their staff are responsive and provide the support needed to be successful.
Pros: We love that we can distribute our learning content to all kinds of audiences- small, individualized or large, more broad-spectrum. We appreciate the ease of use and the growing number of features available for course creation.
Cons: We would appreciate having more control over text- greater freedom. Some of the text editing tools are restrictive. We would like to see more features available for selection in course building. We find the point system is a clunky way of keeping up with completion.
"Learner-Centric and Easy to Use"
Overall: Basically, this has been a great LMS that allows us to create simple, easy-to-use, learner-centric learning experiences that a variety of organizations have then been able to use to deliver growth journeys to their learners.
Pros: -Design: The ease of designing learning experiences within the software. -Simplicity: Simple, uncluttered UI that focuses attention on the next action for learning. -Cohorts: One master curriculum allowing multiple cohort iterations. -Blocks: flexibility of blocks in building rich learning experiences. -Customer support: Quick responses to problems with speedy solutions.
Cons: I always have a million ideas for how any LMS could be better for a variety of use-cases in my imagination but none of these LMS companies have a billion dollars of development funds allocated just for my ideas :)
"We Love PAthwright"
Overall: We use Pathwright for creating tutorial and "how to" lessons as well as for full classes for students around the world.
Pros: Pathwright is a wonderful LMS. It is intuitive to set up, and easy for Learners / students.
Cons: There are a few features that we wish Pathwright had to make the user experience a little more interactive.
"A big hit after multiple LMS misses! "
Overall: Our team has loved it so far. Like I mentioned in the review before, we are currently in the process of moving all of our online courses there, but I think it is the most robust LMS software out there. Also, their customer service team is Excellent!
Pros: I like the simplicity for the user. As my team and I were first going through the walkthrough, there was not a thing that we wanted Pathwright to do that it did not do already. Our team does multiple types of online training, and it covers every function we need. We decided to move all of our online courses into Pathwright and are currently in the process of uploading them all.
Cons: It is hard to learn how to build courses at first. I think it's part of the whole system being so robust, but there are a ton of questions that constantly come to mind as you are building and sharing a course with people. Permissions for educators have different functions, and they can change things in the course if they don't duplicate it before changing it. It's a bit confusing.
"Excellent Client Support"
Overall: Excellent!
Pros: Pathwright has a great response time with great support. Anyone else sick of unhelpful bots when you need help? Pathwright's support team has helped me create some pretty awesome courses and pulled me out of some pretty intense pickles over the years. Great job Pathwright!
Cons: I would like to see more interactive tools for the student that aren't behind a third party paywall. ie. puzzles, games, word search, etc.
"The BEST in Customer Service"
Pros: Pathwright makes using this software easy by being there to answer any question I have. If I look at the FAQ section, I can usually find an answer to what I need but the customer service is stellar when I do have to ask a unique question. They have great attitudes and are always ready to give an answer.
Cons: It would be nice to have access to reports for all time with our classes (such as total registered since we began) rather than having to bug the team to send me reports/certificates. But, they seem to handle the bugging well. :)

"Powerful intuitive platform packed into a sleek and incredibly user-friendly design. "
Overall: Exceptional customer service delivered alongside a platform unrivalled for it's intuitive design and teaching capabilites for an afforable price.
Pros: The course authoring was incredibly simple. I managed to recreate a whole course which took weeks on another platform in ONE-DAY on pathwright. Seriously, the design is so awesome!
Cons: Honestly, i'm struggling to think of things i don't have which i need in Pathwright. But might have as we expand our use.
"The LMS the world needs"
Overall: Having an LMS (Learning Management System) is a great concept that the world really needs, but is usually a terrible experience both for users and content creators alike. Not so with Pathwright. It delivers a beautiful interface that doesn't skimp on the features you need for learner management. It just doesn't allow those features to get in the way. And unlike other platforms, it's simple to use on both ends. This software is both empowering and inspiring for learners, course designers, and admins alike.
Pros: This is the LMS you have been waiting for! It is flexible, beautiful, and effective - packing in all the features you want and need without allowing those features to clutter the UI of the platform. The focus is on learning and presenting the learning content simply and beautifully. It's seamless to transition between creator view and learner mode and has all that you need built right into the template. It's easy to pick up and start using without any formal training, unlike other LMS platforms.
Cons: There's nothing not to love about Pathwright. Maybe in the future they will add some more customizable options for content blocks, but it seriously has everything you need and looks very professional right out of the gate.
"Innovative product and great customer service"
Pros: I use this software all the time, and find it useful. And when I have had problems with anything, I've found there to be prompt engagement from customer service and the tech team works fast to solve problems. I am sure such changes are not easy to make and I cannot be more pleased with the response and how quickly my problems were solved.
Cons: I suppose if someone wanted an app-centric software to do a similar thing instead of via browser this is limited.

"First used it as a learner, then used it as a course editor"
Pros: The paths are a great way to present a course, it's so easy to track the learning process/
Cons: Sometimes, navigating through courses and sections can be very painful. The course editing screens are good, but it would be great if there are more display options.
"Finally a fantastic LMS!"
Overall: The Pathwright team has been nothing short of fabulous helping our organization onboard to the platform, and even making custom tweaks to enable features we were hoping to integrate. It's been an incredible experience and only enhances our view of the LMS as a whole. The entire platform is intuitive and simple to learn, just the way it should be - so you can focus on the content you are there to learn.
Pros: Pathwright has opened up a whole new world for our organization and made online courses a viable and enjoyable strategy for us. Previous LMS platforms we worked with were horrible both as a content creator and as a user. Finally we have a platform we love that makes crafting online courses and taking them a joy. Pathwright is flexible in terms of its content capabilities, with a pleasing design aesthetic. Our content feels instantly professional and we are excited to promote it to our learners.
Cons: The only thing that's made it tough to work in Pathwright is our own enthusiasm for the platform. All of our team wants to be in there at the same time adding and revising our courses, but simultaneous editing can sometimes overwrite the changes of others. You can have several users logged in working on different courses at the same time, but not the same course. Not a dealbreaker. It's understandable why this happens. But we do wish we could make our collaborative edits more safely without running the risk of losing anyone's work.
"Amazing product and team!"
Overall: They are really great to partner with! I am thrilled that we chose Pathwright!
Pros: I spent a great deal of time researching Learning Management Systems and just couldn't find one that suited our needs and wasn't outrageously expensive. Then I found Pathwright!Their system is so easy to use and if i get confused, they answer my questions almost immediately! They have put together a ton of tutorials and videos and it has made learning this system a piece of cake!
Cons: Not a thing! This system works just like it should and makes total sense!
