"Would Not Recommend"

**Overall:** Would not recommend this service. Did not like the setup for your phone number and no refund for cancellation

**Pros:** Thought it was the price for a quality service but I was wrong. I should not be receiving calls from other businesses.

**Cons:** My number was used for other business owners. Annual subscription cancellation will not be refunded

"Since 2006"

**Overall:** Overall, the experience has been great. Its easy to work with and it easy to navigate. Customer service is easy to reach as well.

**Pros:** Its quick to use and facilitate. Calls go immediately to my phone number which allows me to answer quickly.

**Cons:** I created a new extension however they were receiving calls from other extensions which caused a disruption in their day to day.
