"Charged me more for less - uncool"

**Overall:** Right now I'm unhappy. It's been okay in the past. Fine for basic shingle jobs. You guys are making an insane amount of money from this service and really should have tried to win me over.

**Pros:** satellite images are good. report is thorough and I can appreciate the options on the reports. included expected waste is helpful.

**Cons:** unhappy they did not read my notes about excluding the buildings NEXT to the one I needed. Paid them 145$ for three buildings and called out exactly what I wanted for one of them. They included additional buildings and then charged me more money to remove what I didn't need. You can't charge MORE money for LESS measurements. Uncool.
