Hoping for more advancements to make building large enterprise solutions easier, especially states for components. Pros The multiplayer aspect of Figma is a HUGE plus to the efficiency of the team. We're able to work remotely very easily. It being cloud based completely negates the need for multiple files. Even creating a design system library was a breeze Cons Figma has been in the market for a few years now. Yet, there aren't enough applications integrating with it. Additionally its community is very big and strong. Pros It's very easy to use and the interface is also very attractive. Prototyping and wire framing are the expertise of this tools. Basic designs and elements can be easily created here. Cons It focuses more on 2d elements there is not much option for 3d. Honestly, I love using it and enjoy creating in it. I first tested it out to decide if I wanted to switch from another program I was using, it took about a day of using to completely be on board and start using Figma primarily. Cons My biggest shortcoming with Figma is that I can't access files when not online. Couple use cases: 1, I've been on flights and don't have wifi. 2, My neighborhood's power was down so no wifi at home and no wifi in the surrounding area. Pros Figma makes it incredibly simple to collaborate on one or more projects.Figma offers logical file organization into teams, projects, files, and pages in addition to meta structure, making it more than just a design tool (shared styles and components).In a way I couldn't achieve with what was available before, Figma enables me to communicate what I do and pique people's attention (Sketch). Cons There aren't many different picture altering tools in Figma. It is not a user-friendly feature to drag, drop, and resize an image.I am unable to work offline. When a connection is lost, I must remember to store offline files.In some browsers, Figma does not function. It was made to help content and design teams work together in developing applications, instead of the two being siloed during the development process. Once learned, the commenting tools can help the two collaborate. Cons While the idea behind Figma is wonderful, it's not user-friendly at all. To start, our company had dozens upon dozens of trainings on it for months, which was proof of how difficult this new software was. It's very difficult to use its basic tools, like viewing screens. But the biggest drawbacks for our team was keeping track of all the different versions of the documents being edited and finding particular items within a screen to edit. Many on our team wanted to go back to the tried-and-true Excel and Word copy decks for the ease of document version control and the search-and-find function. I think Figma has some kinks to work out, though the idea is great. I can easily review designs shared by designers, developers find it easy to implement the design into code, and you can access any design anytime for reference since these are stored on the cloud. Pros The best part about Figma is that it is web-based. Multiple team members can work together on the same design. Team members can also add comments as a part of the feedback. And it is compatible across multiple OS - iOS and Windows. Cons Learning Figma is not so easy. You will have to take online tutorials to get acquainted with the tool. Pros It reminds me the lack of technical support for the counteracting student - the presenter - in terms of college international competition on business tasks; the firm was similar phonetically label titled, though the presenter had in mind general hostility to the in his mind unprotected student. The Figma comeback was significant in terms of their re-stipulation capabilities. Cons The necessity to come back bringing in some new fresh winds is the limiting factor to this piece of software. It lacks general understanding that distances them from physics faculty into the web design, dedicated at least to the product development; instead, internalizing it to the core concept thus betraying the BEST competition society. Pros There are few products that I feel as strongly about as I do Figma. Figma is the perfect blend of power and ease of use. It has a much lower barrier to entry than Photoshop with all the power that you still need to produce beautiful interfaces. Cons The only complaint I have about Figma is that it can slow down a little when there are really large images on the art boards or when your artboards are really big. Cons My biggest issue is sometimes it's hard to see where the visibility is coming from in colored solids, as the stack of groups might not always select what I need easily. The awesome thing about Figma is that it does not just provide you with awesome tools/components for designing, but you can actually simulate the flow of your application. This gives you a feel of how the final product will be, and helps you measure your satisfaction. Also, as an online tool, it helps team members to collaborate and review asynchronously as you can see changes at real time. I can compare the UI and ask the developer to change that, and it also creates so much ease for the developers as well while implementing the UI. Pros \- I have been using Figma for almost more than a year, it's a great online tool for making the prototype of the software, the best thing is users don't have to install the application separately, just log in with Gmail and open up the application on the web. - Designers have the option to make the design of any platform e.g. iOS, Android, and Web - User can compare the fields used in the front end development while testing and it also makes very much ease for the front end developers - User can easily download the icons and export it and add it to the webpage Cons Sometimes the matching with the developed UI feels difficult to compare while testing because the front-end fields given in Figma are not used in all platforms like ReactJS. But for android studio project exports it is not a good software to go with. Pros Figma is super easy software. You can access it pretty much from any device from browser to desktop app. This cross-platform feature really comes in handy when my team went out of town for user interviews. Plugin support really up the overall game of figma from icons to Design decks there is plugin for everything you will ever require during designing. Cons Exporting designs directly to the android studio project is impossible in Figma. Also if you do so by some plugin integrations, exported designs will be very pixelated in android studio. Pros Figma is really focused on Web UI which sets it apart from generalist tools like Adobe Illustrator. I also really appreciate that it is built as a Web app, making it totally platform-agnostic, unlike industry-standard Sketch which is limited to macOS. A lot of effort has been put into how easily assets can be imported, like for instance how adding SVG objects is only a matter of drag and dropping SVG files directly from the local filesystem. Figma really feels and operates like a native app, with all the benefits of an online service. Cons There's very little to dislike about it. I guess the biggest con is that it can be hard to operate in an offline environment.
