One thing that really stands out to me is the fact that the team behind the myQuest platform are always looking at ways to engage participants in different ways and they actively involve clients in the design process. They regularly reach out for feedback on new features, which not only makes us feel heard but also gives us the chance to help shape the platform in ways that directly benefit our program deliveries. It’s a collaborative approach that’s rare and really appreciated. The customer service is second to none and the team are incredibly responsive and willing to help. Having this type of relationship on offer is incredibly helpful. The platform itself offers a strong foundation for our content, with features like the Resource Center providing a central, easy-to-navigate hub for materials—something our participants really value.
