Pros I like that I can whip up a flooring estimate fast, on the spot and close the sale with in minutes. Cons I feel that data entry could be easier on the standalone tablet version, names, addresses etc Alternatives considered [RFM](https://www.capterra.com/p/102689/RFM/) Reason for choosing MeasureSquare The stand alone Works on Android or iPad making it easy to train new sales reps in the field without having to buy new hardware all the time. For example, there is an entire youtube with training & how to videos you can complete at your own pace. Cons It is a very complex software. Pros We switched form another take off program about 6 month ago. the transition was smooth and almost effortless. Between the training and the multitude of You Tube videos any problem that we ran into on how or what tool to use was resolved most times with in 15 min. Cons Coming from a different take off software the most difficult this was remembering where buttons were and what they do. After a few projects though this was no longer an issue. November 19, 2017 5.0 Pros Switching estimating software for our organization was something I did not look forward to doing. But once I got to know the staff at Measure Square it was a breeze. They are more than willing to work with us on training and troubling shooting. The customer support we have received is by far the best experience I have had with any software. Cons The biggest problem we see with Measure Square is some simple actions require multiple steps. We are using the 2017 version and they are still "tweaking" the software to make improvements. Their customer service is excellent, they are always available and give you the attention needed. Cons At this point I really cant say anything that I dont like.
