Pros The ease for me to transition into online and telehealth services is a huge bonus. I was greatly resistant to setting up zoom and didn't think online therapy would be successful, but the transition was seamless and the product is easy to use. Scheduling and emailing appointments to clients is super easy and takes about a minute. I'm really glad I jumped on board with the transition to online care during the pandemic. Integrating zoom into my job and moving all my appointments virtually allowed me to totally change my life, move cities, and still keep my job. Cons If either party is on an unstable wifi network, sometimes there is a lag, or a freezing, and either party can interrupt the other party, or have to deal with a frozen screen. I passed the word around to my family and friends so they can tell their bosses about how it can use Zoom for their meetings. I let them know that it’s worth using and worth the time. Pros I like using Zoom scheduler because I can electronically set up my staff appointments and meetings without outlining on paper. I use this after I sub teach the Also I like that it doesn’t cost much to buy the software. Cons I didn’t run into any bad experiences yet with Zoom scheduler but I will say that when I ordered it it took to long for me to receive it and use at the school. Pros I like a lot of things about this software. Mainly the text & E-mail reminders, billing is easy, setting up your back end is so simple. Cons If I change an address on the schedule but NOT on the back end then the Icon for info on that particular person only gives me the address saved on the back end, Not what I changed it to temporarily. They are very responsive. Pros This is an extremely easy to use and cost efficient produce that has helped me maximize and grow my business.
