Pros \- Seeker provides an easy to use API/back-end so you can focus on your design - You can also use their pages to host your jobs portal - Simple, minimalist design - Very responsive support team Cons \- As I grow with this product, I'd love to see filtering/more features built into the API! You won't get lost choosing features, picking themes, or setting the software up. Seeker answers the problem (job board software) with a wonderful solution. I highly recommend Seeker. Cons I've rated "Features & Functionality" as four-stars only because Seeker is early in it's development. It's missing a few options which would make it even more useful. After a few click setup via Stripe, I now have a self-service board that I can setup and forget. It has just the right amount of features enough to be used without the overhead of being too flexible. Whenever I have a question, Iheanyi responds right away, and he has shared the roadmap for the project. I also like that Seeker has REST API. I plan on doing an integration with my website, soon. Cons There are a few features (such as self-service post-editing) that I'd like to see, but so far it hasn't been difficult to live without them. This software will help change the talent pool, increasing diversity and remote candidates for an industry that needs a constant supply of new energized talent. Pros This is insanely easy to set up and get going and if you do have problems, the developer is so patient and responsive to even the most basic q's. Also, it's very new so the features keep coming. It's cool to see how different people are using it. Really smart to build this because it will be used by so many industries or individuals. Cons I'm patiently waiting for more control over the look and feel of the site. Otherwise, I'm really happy with it!! Cons Need some more customization options, but I'm sure it's coming soon. For now I'll find work arounds to get what I need from the product.
