This met the need for a short term but then we quickly outgrew it and moved onto another solution. If you are a hair salon, massage place, or any other small operation this will work for you. However, if you're large company with high volumes it will work for you. Pros The best thing about StartBooking is that it checks all the basic boxes of an online booking software in a neat and tidy little package at a very affordable price. It also has a very nice GUI and back end administrator functions. Cons Buyer beware, THIS IS NOT AN ENTERPRISE LEVEL SOLUTION. We learned pretty quickly after a few months that this app could not effectively handle our volumes. We have 100's of bookings per day with numerous variables that affect it. The app just isn't designed to handle that. Secondly, THE SUPPORT IS VERY POOR. Getting even basic questions answered was terrible. No phone number, just a unusable chat window that isn't actively staffed. Then endless waiting to actually get on a phone call.
