Sometimes going months with no expense reports it would be difficult to remember a separate password. Pros I love that once I am logged into my company desktop I can just click company SSO and connect to my expense reports. Cons If I change my password, which is required every 90 days at my company, sometimes there is a lag, but still is easier than needing to remember an extra password. I work for a large organisation so I imagine there might be a large cost to implement this product but it works and I'm happy with it. It doesn't work when you use a VPN and it will invalidate your Office 365 password if used with a VPN. Pros I've been working with it, implemented it, the main use of it, you can access across all sap systems that it is installed, it makes much easier the administration of users and authorizations, because its a central database of users, also it is easier for the final user to get into sap systems, it doesn't have to remember their passwords for every system. Cons This software is not bad at all, i think it can become a little hard to install it and implement it correctly, but if you do it ok, then it will work great. The worst thing can happen is that if you block your user, it will be blocked on all systems.
