Würde das System jederzet wieder einsetzen. Es hat den Umgang im Team, die Methodik der Arbeit und die Analyse nachhaltig positiv beeinflusst

Pros

Die in ASPEC integrierte und skalierbare Methodik, d.h. Einzelbewertung von laufenden Projekten, die Steuerung des Vertriebsteams im Detail und der optimale Überblick zu jeder Zeit, wohin die Sales-Reise geht. Zudem ist die Software einfach zu bedienen und hilft jedem Teammitglied als auch der Vertrebsleitung den Kundenzugang und Projekte zu optimieren

Cons

Eigentlich wenig. Wir haben uns zunächst nicht um Integration in ERP gekümmert (war zu Beginn so gewollt) und diese hat dann im Nachgang etwas Probleme bereitet. Das kann man jedoch der Lösung nicht zum Vorwurf machen
