Adding to it the large knowledge base they provide in order to help you get started easily and wonderful customer support, it's one of the simplest and most useful marketing tools I have ever used Pros First and foremost - it delivers big-time. Fixel works exactly as promised - the top quality audience as identified by Fixel consistently shows better results in terms of CPA and ROAS compared to any other remarketing segment. In addition, it's so easy to implement and use! And of course - the results... it actually works! Cons I think the user dashboard can be better, maybe provide a little more information or insights regarding the collected audience. The tools itself does the job perfectly, but it never hurts to have more insights regarding your website visitors. Pros When running remarketing, we used to have only 2 choices - guess what the best-performing audiences would be, or run lengthy post hoc analyses (that might not hold true a month from now) to define our best audiences. Fixel simplified that - no need to spend tons of time creating multiple audiences, no need to run regular analysis - it just finds the best users, in real time, and moves them into intelligently bucketed remarketing lists. The results speak for themselves - higher conversion rates, lower CPL, and - importantly - higher conversion volume because we're finding high-performing users we would have otherwise missed. It was very easy to implement using GTM and start building audiences based on user behavior on-site. When I started running campaigns using the Fixel audiences I was able to reach a much lower CPA than a standard remarketing campaign. I also use it to expand my reach using lookalike audiences. Bottom line - a great tool to improve targeting on Facebook ads, very efficient and easy to use.
