Implementation of QuickAcces did have some hiccups alone the proces. E. there was a CPU overload when we wanted to go live.

Overall: We wanted a technology that helped us develop a more efficient training creation cycle, eliminating the need for a costly testing environment, data creation for exercises and a large development team to manage them. The users had learning that was easy to access and gave them opportunities to practice in a safe environment. tts helped us achieve these objectives
Pros: It is fairly easy to create, deploy and maintain content. Learning is facilitated through different simulation modes as people are able to review and practice eliminating the need of a testing environment or risking the live environment. Users can also learn at the moment of need through the in-app learning and they can find the content by searching only in one place instead of retrieving information dispersed through various knowledge bases. Users are able to improve their efficiency by having access to content that is specifically designed for their role and is easy to access.
Cons: One thing to consider and to plan for is a good learning and practice cycle particularly if the development team are new to this type of technology. So it's not an issue relating to the technology more to the planning of the resources
