Pros: My customers really enjoyed the Perka app as it allowed them to earn rewards for spending their money with us. It is a great idea. We had it set that way every dollar spent was a point ans once you reach a certain amount of points you get money off your next purchase. Customers had to download the Perka app and could either manually enter the code that was printed with their reciept or they could connect their phone to our Clover system and points would be applied automatically.

Cons: My only complaint with Perka is that a lot of times we had problems withbour customers phones connecting.

Overall: Oue customers really liked it.

When it was working we loved it but it had a few bugs.

Pros: You can greatly expand your customer base with this software. Our customers loved the rewards program that we implemented with it.

Cons: There were a few bugs with this software the were frustrating. It wouldn't always bring up a customer's points.
