Pros

This keeps my clients and a regular contact. Keeps me very organized and stores all of my conversations with the clients. I would recommend this program to any sales managers in any business.

Cons

I have nothing that I do not like about this software.

It's ease of use, with very little training I am able to record my calls, set follow up, generate revenue, etc....all in pretty much one place! Love it! I am so pleased that leads are emailed to me now! Thanks for fixing that for us!

Pros

STS is very user friendly, and works great most of the time.

Cons

I wish there was a bit more customization available. Especially wish there was an option for hotel room rates to display on banquet check if needed.

So far I have really enjoyed using STS. I used Hotel SalesPro previously and I have some limited experience with Delphi and STS is far and away a better program than either of those. It is a very easy system to learn and use.

Pros

The software is intuitive and offers a lot of great functionality that is missing from older systems - like the ability to automatically log emails that are sent and attach them to the correct account. I also appreciate that there are a few different ways to navigate between different areas of the CRM, whether you use the search bar, the "rocket ship", or click on the accounts tab.

Cons

Certain things are difficult to find sometimes - like the contact name for a group. Also, changing the contact name on a group is a hassle. These are relatively minor annoyances, though.

The support received is so refreshing! The team is available should we have any questions or wish to develop any changes or new reports. They respond quickly and have been extremely helpful in catering the system to meet our needs.

Cons

Banquet Orders are a bit of a challenge to update, works great for smaller properties

STS definitely helps with my overall organization and has made the Proposal side quick to draw up.

Pros

is our Proposal and Contracting System. It has ease of adding and updating Clients in the system. The Calendar makes it easy to keep track of what you have going on at your venue. From Meetings to Banquets to back of the house goings on, it is all on your Event Calendar. I also like the daily Dashboard. This gives you your week at a glance, making it easy to plan your weekly strategy.

Cons

The Function Diary is a little confusing. It seams like it would be easier to just have the Event Calendar. On the Proposal Path side, once your have a Proposal that is to become an event, it doesn't convert to a Contract in STS>

It is definitely helping me keep organized; between electronic signature for contracts, the calendar, reminders, auto-attach emails, etc.

Pros

The thing I like most about this software is how easy it is to use. Once you play around in it you figure out the best way for your job/ organization to use it.

Cons

The thing I liked the least was not showing tentative bookings on the calendar. However this feature has recently been added.

Reason for choosing STS Cloud

Cost for STS is much lower. Sales Pro seemed a little antiquated.

Overall it is a great option for smaller companies - I can see that it is growing and enhancing it's features. I hope to be able to utilize it to it's fullest potential.

Pros

I like that it is web based and that it runs rather quickly and efficiently.

Cons

There are many little things that I find to be not user friendly. Having come from a property that used Delphi.fdc I find that there a lot more features with that system than with this one. Example - hiding details from an Event Order, Copying Event Orders, Referencing Event Order Numbers, Merging Event Orders, Sorting Data, Searching Bookings - all much easier to do in Delphi.fdc

Pros

The program is cloud based, so sales trips and remote working is easy.

Pros

Easy to use, great layout, love that its cloud based. Can work remotely if needed.

Cons

Software is very slow. Reporting is hit and miss. Would like to see increased speed and reliable reporting. I also use to for two hotels, and when I copy a booking it brings over the rooms from one hotel to the other on the back end, even to the screen is blank when I enter in my rooms.

Pros

It is easy to navigate through and fairly user friendly. Proposal Path is a nice feature (provided the fields work the way they are met to work).

Cons

Activities are not associated with the booking, instead it is associated with the contact which makes it very difficult to put important information for a specific booking. You cannot search accounts by City, so makes it difficult to gather a list when doing sales calls in another city. When copying a booking it does not transfer all details, fields are left blank and have to reenter them.

Pros

I like how efficient it is. It makes writing contracts and proposals very easy.

Cons

I don't like the fact that if I'm working on a proposal for one of my sales managers I can't create it under their name. I also don't like that fact that if you put a name in a wrong account , you can't transfer the contact into the correct account. Being that I work with two properties I would like to build an account or contact and be able to create it once and attach both properties to it, rather than creating it for each property. I feel if these changes were made it would make using the software a bit more easier.

The customer service was and is amazing. We had some start up bumps in the road just like anything else, STS worked very hard in fixing the issues. STS is very user friendly, I would recommend it over Delphi. Thank you,

I think the only thing I can say is maybe working out the kinks before hand. But overall very happy.

It has been a steep learning curve with several glitches, but the support we have received with any issues we come across has been very quick and helpful.

Pros

I like the cloud version and that it is web-based and accessible from anywhere.

Cons

I do not like that you can't have multiple windows open at once. When you are working on something and have a phone call inquiry for example, you must close what you are doing in order to open a new search area. We switched form an older STS Compass program and you were able to have many windows open at once within the program to multitask.

Pros

STS has a simple, clean design that is very user-friendly. It's consistent and reliable, I don't ever "lose information" or have to wait for processing. It does exactly what it says it will do.

Cons

The search function. If you hit enter, the search doesn't work. You have to just type in the search words and wait, but muscle-memory has me hitting enter because that's how every other platform operates! It seems minor, but it's oddly counter-intuitive and I notice it a lot.

The STS support team has been amazing. If I ever have a question they are ready to answer. The backend side is great, if I need to modify anything I can do that from anywhere. I don't have to contact anyone to edit base settings for STS.

Pros

STS from the program to the cloud version has been amazing. The ease of access and the layout is by far the best system I have ever used.

Cons

The app is not as mobile friendly as I would like. It restricts some functions and will sometimes mess up the layout. I've found it's just better to run it on desktop mode on a phone.

I just dont find STS easy to integrate into my routine. It feels more like a chore and less like something that makes my job easier.

Pros

I think overall this site is pretty easy to navigate and user friendly.

Cons

I don't like that this software does not integrate with our PMS system, Opera. It creates twice the work in most cases and I find it to be a chore to use STS instead of it being something that makes my job easier as a sales software should.
