Cons

Limited with the interactive part. Not exactly user friendly. Sometimes it does take a while for the information to load.

First time user and it's very user friendly.

Pros

The email address auto-fills the client's information and the reports are detailed.

Cons

The Annual month by month Report doesn't show revenue or room night information, only group production is shown.

adding event orders means I have to remerge all my event orders and that causes me to lose a lot of work everytime I do that. I cannot export to word.

It's just so quick and easy to use. Very user-friendly and the training was quick and easy too.

I love that it's easy to use and I can access it from anywhere. The proposal system is fantastic too!

I can't complain about anything with this software so far!

The organizational tools are great and the trace calendar works well.

It does not Sync with my PMS system, so i cannot pull any revenue numbers into the cloud automatically I have to manually move all information
