It is resourceful and efficient in managing projects, and makes getting a project done easy and in time. Pros Project Centeral is a very dynamic software for project management which enables you to track progress as well as keep a tab on all your projects and sub-tasks. Assigning different deadlines to each subask is very easy in it. You can also use it to collaborate on a project with your colleagues and other team mates. Its comprehensive dashboard makes it easy to analyze all the data or information on a project in a single generalized view along with storing data to view it later. Also being cloud based, you can access your data or project from anywhere. It readily integrates with Microsoft 365 which saves a lot of time. Also its easy to use it and requires no special knowledge. It offers a free trial version to check it before buying the paid version. Cons I have been using Project Central for more than a year now and I am very much happy with its performance. While, yes, it is lacking some features and functionalities that my team would find very useful, the open communication, feedback and support from the Project Central team more than makes up for it - They're fantastic to work with. Pros For what is already there, Project Central is extremely user friendly and useful. The support from the entire Project Central team is exceptional, and already several key functions that I wished I had had available to my team have been discussed and slated into their development schedule, so that's pretty remarkable. Cons Project Central is clearly still in the early stages of development, so lacks a lot of the higher level features that would prove most beneficial for our uses, such as sub tasks within task, each with their own checklist, etc. Also enhanced ability to import/upload from Excel data lists would be hugely beneficial. The visual features such as the Gantt chart and project dashboard make it simple to see the bigger picture . It is also a huge help that the Office 365 integration allows files, security, and user management to be handled securely by IT policies and we don't have to worry about administering them in another application. The follow up call from the support team was a nice touch. Cons The product was missing the key features of sub tasks and dependancies. Without these it was not viable for the use that we needed. During the checkup call after the trial ran out, I was informed that both features are on the development roadmap for Q3 or Q4 2020. We have many projects going on at any given time. So an at-a-glance look is a big help for us. We have tried other tools but they are way too hard to use and implement. Pros The Ease of Setup and Implementation! We were literally using the software in minutes. Also, it was a perfect fit with our Office365 and SharePoint setup. The Support Team is super responsive! There is even a Road-map for upgrades and enhancements. How rare is that!! Cons I have no real dislikes as this is a Software that is growing in a smart way. Look forward to continuing our use of the tool Pros I really like that both our marketing and product teams can now collaborate in a simple, and easy to use tool. I had zero push back when we implemented this tool, vs other tools where some team members found adoption difficult. This is really down to huge focus on user experience Cons The only challenge being that you need to have a microsoft account. It wasn't a problem for us, but some of the people I have recommended the tool for, couldn't use because they were not connected to Microsoft 365.
