We also have one for collaboration with our external Customers and Partners. Many years ago now, it allowed us to start sharing not only documentation and issues as in many extranets but it enabled source code deliveries or even co-developments as well. I am using this tool since it was called CodeX as a Xerox product so I have seen it evolving together with business needs. Pros 1) Easy to use 2) Evolutive (Agile releases, market-standard technologies...) Cons 1) Documentation management was a bit disappointing due to long legacy: features were missing (like drag and drop or mass actions) and look and feel was old-fashioned but that is the feature of the moment and it has been recently revamped. Some functionalities are still missing like mass upload/download but I know it's on its way (even maybe done while I'm writing). 2) In my particular context, I am facing some non-compatibility between newest technologies used by Tuleap and some of the old architecture components I need around it so even if I consider a plus that Tuleap is fastly evolving, it can also have limitations if you need more stability.
