It was easy to use, easy to set up, easy to share with our team and the value was reasonable. Pros Atto was a good value for the money. It was easy to use, setup, and manage. The customer service team was friendly and helpful. Cons Some of the character fields were not large enough for our needs. I wish the payroll part would have been launched sooner. I've tried other apps which are much more cumbersome, Atto lets me get clocked in/out without too much fuss or distraction that would lose me time doing my actual work. Pros Quick to clock in. Capacity to allocate job codes so that I can track my time on different projects for different clients. Clean and streamlined interface. It's easy to toggle between desktop and iOS versions - it syncs seamlessly. Atto's interest in the client experience & responsiveness to feedback. Cons Initally found it a little clunky to edit time cards but looking forward to the next update to address this! Costing our administration more time and money than it's worth so far. We are in week three and its kill us. Pros Simplicity and sign up. User friendly set up and time entry. Cons App freezes up on Android and Apple phones regularly. No verbal customer service and slow response time. Many glitches. Excel time sheets don't match PDF time sheets at weeks end. PDF time sheets don't list location or notes. System does not log or keep employees email address's on file.
