The customer service team was friendly and helpful. Cons Some of the character fields were not large enough for our needs. I wish the payroll part would have been launched sooner. I've tried other apps which are much more cumbersome, Atto lets me get clocked in/out without too much fuss or distraction that would lose me time doing my actual work. Pros Quick to clock in. Capacity to allocate job codes so that I can track my time on different projects for different clients. Clean and streamlined interface. It's easy to toggle between desktop and iOS versions - it syncs seamlessly. Atto's interest in the client experience & responsiveness to feedback. Cons Initally found it a little clunky to edit time cards but looking forward to the next update to address this! Cons We don’t like that if an employee is removed, so is all of their time sheets Reasons for choosing Atto Atto gave us the ability to start and stop time for the building trade without having a set schedule for team members.
