It was easy to use, easy to set up, easy to share with our team and the value was reasonable. Pros Atto was a good value for the money. It was easy to use, setup, and manage. The customer service team was friendly and helpful. Cons Some of the character fields were not large enough for our needs. I wish the payroll part would have been launched sooner. Greedy business!!! Pros Works as intended to track my employees hours and location. But it doesn’t track the location properly unless their iPhone is on their hand and unlocked. November 15, 2024 5.0 Very positive - it's easy to use and meets my needs as a freelance sole trader. I've tried other apps which are much more cumbersome, Atto lets me get clocked in/out without too much fuss or distraction that would lose me time doing my actual work. Pros Quick to clock in. Capacity to allocate job codes so that I can track my time on different projects for different clients. Clean and streamlined interface. It's easy to toggle between desktop and iOS versions - it syncs seamlessly. Atto's interest in the client experience & responsiveness to feedback. Pros Super user friendly app. Wide range of management options to setup and control a complete mobile work team. Having the ability to manual edit the clock in time as one sometimes forget to clock out. Detailed timesheets Cons Nothing in particular, just would like it to have more international options, at this stage looking to get more currency options. November 11, 2019 5.0 Great at streamlining our time submissions and making it easy for our accountant to do her thing! Pros We love how easy it is for team members to track their time on the go directly from their mobile devices. Cons We don’t like that if an employee is removed, so is all of their time sheets Reason for choosing Atto Atto gave us the ability to start and stop time for the building trade without having a set schedule for team members. Costing our administration more time and money than it's worth so far. We are in week three and its kill us. Pros Simplicity and sign up. User friendly set up and time entry. Cons App freezes up on Android and Apple phones regularly. No verbal customer service and slow response time. Many glitches. Excel time sheets don't match PDF time sheets at weeks end. Take days to get an email response. No improvements.
