Autopilot is our email campagin management platform. It's really quite nice. The have a strong part is the Customer Data platform good for the GDPR.

Pros

Since we work with Redpoint platform RPI and RPDM we saw our improvements. In less than 6 months we noticed our personalized customer quality. it is intuitive and logical. The interface and the menu si easier to use. They have a good team that trains you during a short time and then you have their support for any technical question. Price is really good compares with another similar tools.

Cons

The most challenging features were the design elements. Edition of HTML.
