Cons Partly to do with teh way we process invoices, but the amount of manual work needed to get the system where we need it. Pros Visibility of invoices - so much easier to keep track of them and find out where in the process they are so we are able to answer queries quickly - so much better than trying to find in a email box Cons The fact it cannot read line level.
