Head of Purchase Ledger Financial Services Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Implementing Documation" December 2, 2024 4.0 We had a slow start which I expected and I was expecting approx. a 3 month "bedding" in period, we went live in April and by July were were getting what we wanted from the system and was able to reduce the manual effort by the team. Pros Visibility of invoices - so much easier to keep track of them and find out where in the process they are so we are able to answer queries quickly - so much better than trying to find in a email box Cons The fact it cannot read line level. We have a lot of invoices that have split codes on them, if Documation could read a key work and from that appoint the code we would get our STP well into the 90% Review Source Response from Documation Software December 16, 2024 As standard Documation can read line level information from PO and Non-PO invoices. You can run reports to look into team performance which really helps with work allocation. With a bit more input from an expert in the system, I feel we could take it a lot further! Pros The support team and our account manager are great. Really helpful with any issues. It is a very simple, intuitive system that not only can it automatically process invoices, but also distribute your match queries to the purchase order owner. The Team at Documation are brilliant and nothing is too much trouble. Used both the on prem version and more receently the newer cloud version. Support from the team is second to none, we don't have many issues but when we do there are resolved very quickly.
