"Implementing Documation"
Overall: We had a slow start which I expected and I was expecting approx. a 3 month "bedding" in period, we went live in April and by July were were getting what we wanted from the system and was able to reduce the manual effort by the team.
Pros: Visibility of invoices - so much easier to keep track of them and find out where in the process they are so we are able to answer queries quickly - so much better than trying to find in a email box
Cons: The fact it cannot read line level. We have a lot of invoices that have split codes on them, if Documation could read a key work and from that appoint the code we would get our STP well into the 90%

Pros: The ease of use including the versatility of the cloud based software.

Pros: It is easy to navigate. You can run reports to look into team performance which really helps with work allocation.
Cons: Sometimes the comments are not required, but the system is not allowing to go to the next steps without them. It should be reviewed.

Cons: It could be cheaper, and in the past it was harder to get responses to queries than it is now

Overall: Overall, my experience has been positive. Without Documation, we would need 3 extra members of staff, so the savings are there. With a bit more input from an expert in the system, I feel we could take it a lot further!
Pros: The support team and our account manager are great. Really helpful with any issues.
Cons: Partly to do with teh way we process invoices, but the amount of manual work needed to get the system where we need it.

Overall: Good experience, have used for 7 years. Used both the on prem version and more receently the newer cloud version. Support from the team is second to none, we don't have many issues but when we do there are resolved very quickly. Would hapilly recommend this to others.
Pros: Easy to use and good support when needed
Cons: Nothing it's a good product and does what it says on the tin.

Overall: I have used Documation in the past. It is a very simple, intuitive system that not only can it automatically process invoices, but also distribute your match queries to the purchase order owner. The Team at Documation are brilliant and nothing is too much trouble.
Pros: Its very intuitive to use and takes a lot of manual processing out of the AP Process
Cons: Like any system it needs to be configured to meet your needs.

Overall: So far satisfied with using this product.
Pros: Ability to scan/store external documents and also in-house generated documents from ERP system. It can also be integrated to legacy and modern ERP systems.
Cons: We recently encountered a somewhat lengthy upgrade process.

Overall: overall experience is fab worked at 2 different places both having documation and it is constantly improving all the time amazing program to use
Pros: efficiency and speed of the program and the support function- the helpdesk always respond quickly and provide excellent support to us all
Cons: nothing at all anything that does need to be looked at is always sorted quickly and efficiently
