Using HotelAvailabilities channel manager for our customers (hoteliers) make their wok easier for managing their internet distribution and sales channels.

Pros

User friendly interface, plenty of channel options for connecting, very good support any time needed

Increased profit after selling all rooms online simultaneously

Pros

Having many difficulties in keeping my online channels always updated, I was looking for a channel manager solution. HotelAvailabilities kept my expectations high. Fast two-way simultaneously channel update and a great support always online to answer any questions I had. Money well spent, no more overbookings for my property.

Cons

No sms or push notification if a new reservation arrives, but they told me they will implement it soon.

I can manage all of my channels automatically without problems, and increase my market and profits

Pros

After trying a alternative channel managers, we found the best user friendly one! It is also very fast with the channel updates, Their support is also live, by telephone or online and I do not have to wait for replying to my emails.

Cons

The only thing considering is that there are not many alternative PMS connections for using in my property.
