Pros

I love the backend and how I can easily manage customer profiles, inventory, billing, and tech management. We have received so many customer compliments that I stopped counting. We thought Skimmer had it all and took us to the next level, but if Skimmer took my business up a notch, POM has helped us achieve growth we anticipating 5 years down the road - and to think we have only been using it one year is shocking. Thanks to POM since implementation we have taken our business from three people to 11, 2 trucks to 6 and increase our margins enough to be able to offer Health Insurance. Thank you, Mike and the POM team!!!! You have done more for my business in a year that I even thought was possible.

Cons

I am more than happy with everything I have seen so far and I do not know if there is something I do not like. In fact I love shooting it with the Owner so much that I call him to say whats up and share ideas.

Allowing to communicate with Pool Office Manager if something goes wrong with the usage. Always have my issues sorted out and fixed

Pros

Ability to streamline the business. Communication with customers. Optimizing routes. Good working app for out in the field.

Sometimes the software can be a little slow on my computer but it is probably my computer and not the software

Exceptional! Don’t know where I’d be without my pool office manager app!

Pros

Speedy input and output of chemical readings, keeps duties organized so nothing goes unfinished, and is fairly priced for how simple it makes day to day pool care.

Cons

It has had some minor technical issues in The past but now works seemlessly and has not crashed in months.
