"Easy incentives for good work"

**Overall:** Applauz is great because it allows the company to constantly offer incentives for good work without the hassle of having to come up with a plan for bonuses etc. Ive gotten a bunch of free meals just for doing work that I was already going to do anyway. Definitely encourages me to do extra whenever I can for the added incentive.

**Pros:** Allows for extra incentives for work we are already doing.

**Cons:** I haven't quite figured out the value changes between tiers for the gift card redemptions.
