The interface is also easy enough to use that I understood how to use the tools in minutes. I have been able to obtain some great merch from our company, got some gift cards that purchased a brand-new Ninja for my kitchen, had some beautiful things said about me, and shared many kind words about my peers. Overall this is a great platform for peer recognition. Pros I love that we can but internal company merch but also have the opportunity to buy other items in the Applauz store such as gift cards and even trips! The buy points feature is awesome if we need to top off our purchases too. The options are really endless with what we can do and im so happy our company chose to partner with Applauz! Cons i kinda wish i didnt get daily emails for reminding me to recognize someone at 7pm and then again at 8am of who was recognized. Essentially 2x a day is quite a bit. Review Source AM Alex M. June 13, 2018 3.0 It gave us interesting ideas, we enjoyed using the software just didn't really fit with out operations. Pros It's got an excellent user interface and UX design, so it's super easy to jump right in and start using Applauz for your employee recognition programs. Cons It's not a knock on the software, but I just didn't find it brought that much value to us as an organization. We went back to our own "old-school" methods of recognizing our employees! Definitely encourages me to do extra whenever I can for the added incentive. Pros Allows for extra incentives for work we are already doing.
