The interface is also easy enough to use that I understood how to use the tools in minutes. Pros It's got an excellent user interface and UX design, so it's super easy to jump right in and start using Applauz for your employee recognition programs. Cons It's not a knock on the software, but I just didn't find it brought that much value to us as an organization. We went back to our own "old-school" methods of recognizing our employees! Pros It is easy to use, employees love receiving Badges and points for different things and being able to exchange them for goods.
