Pros

I like that Amperity's platform provides strategic analytics and reports, based on customer data. I was able to create different views of the same customer data, and was able to use their adaptable data model, and adjust details as per my requirement. It acts like a single source of truth.

Cons

I have used it for a limited time, and thus no cons identified so far.
