But unfortunatelly, people from other departments should invest more time to start to use deeply. I feel that sometimes they have a big dependenvy with the IT department. Pros It's a platform where we can build a lot of audiences based on navigation and other integrations. It´s easy to use and we don´t demand data or views from BI department Cons personalization functionality is not good with responsive layouts and also has few features people from other department is not familiar with how to use. Cons We currently don't have any issues with Lytics, One feature I would like is for a mole optimised version that can track a user leaving our site on mobile. The software is easy to use and highly customizable. Cons Due to the large amount of segments my team uses the software can often be slow when producing on demand counts.
