Very positive and a great team that support their customers, even with our differing time zones they are very responsive.

Pros

Single application for the management of Facilities Operations, from TSR to work order, Planned Maintenace, Compliance and Safety to Invoicing

Cons

Unable to bulk download documents, this can cause some delays in the preparation of reports where copies of service reports may be required
