Son ergonomie (système de planche à dessin unique, regroupant toutes les fonctionnalités : conception marketing et technique des campagnes, production et analyse des résultats). La diversité des médias (imprimé, PDF à la demande, email, SMS, Internet et vidéo). La capacité à personnaliser les messages. Adobe InDesign de bout en bout pour l'imprimé et le PDF à la demande.

Cons

Le manque d'un outil wysiwyg de balisage des modèles de pages Internet. La difficulté à filtrer les personas pendant la phase de test.

An essential planning tool for us and our customers

Pros

I love the drag & drop functionality to move touchpoints around the campaign enabling our customers to envisage their campaigns and how they want them to perform.

Cons

You do need to be familiar in the use of HTML coding in order to integrate the use of purls.
