"Hive helps your company grow"
Pros: The fast way you can calculate prices with real time prizes. The hive team does its utmost to keep up with new technologies
Cons: For the time being, I have not found anything that could be improved. An added value would be 3D, but they are already working on that.

Pros: HiveCPQ is a great tool, very easy to implement (with a good help from the HiveCPQ team), very easy to use, it saved us a lot of time, avoiding tons of papers and administrative work. Quotes are made directly by the dealers, which is more convenient for them, we even saw an increase of quotes by 30% ! Ordering process is very smooth, fast and clear... Available in several languages, which is also very good to sell your products worldwide. It really changed our lives, far less stress in the back office and more time dedicated to customer service !
Cons: nothing to say.... the team is always helpful, the live chat option is really great, for us as for our dealers.

"More than just a software tool"
Pros: To begin with, Hive's online CPQ platform does what it is expected to do: it provides an intuitive and simple but very powerful tool to optimize and boost our sales process. We use the tool for the configuration of radiators, which is complex and requires the necessary expertise. Now this can be done in a fraction of the time and is technically always correct. Also important are the implementation process and -time, plus the good communication and cooperation with the Hive people. The finitial integration was completed in just over two months, and we have been working with it for several months to everyone's satisfaction.
Cons: It is a process. Once you start with it, there are always things that can be improved. Things related to the software and/or to our own needs and customer demands. Everything can be discussed and solutions are presented in mutual consensus.
"CPQ and much more!"
Pros: With Hive, our distributors can Configure a complex product, personalize the Quote and send it to their customers in a few clicks / minutes. Hive is user friendly, super fast and 99.99% uptime. With the HIVE Team, we were able to integrate it to all our systems. Thanks to their highly responsive support!
Cons: The integration was not the easiest part, our applications were not HIVE ready, but HIVE Specialists are ready for everything.

Overall: Hive CPQ is an easy to use product, they have a skilled and professional team and offer good support.
Pros: Hive CPQ is very easy to use for the end users. They are using the latest technologies, it's easy to integrate with other systems using their REST API's and it works well on different browsers and platforms. The product configurator offers a lot of flexibility.
Cons: Some settings are still missing (like the permission to allow or disallow the user to put an order in step 3/4) - but it's a new product and more functionality is still being added.

"Een heel goede configurator - met een heel grebruiksvriendelijke interface"
Overall: Al mijn klanten zitten op grote afstand, en in andere tijdszones, dankzij Hive kunnen zij op ieder moment hun offertes aanmaken, en ook bestellingen plaatsen in ons systeem, dit heeft een heel positieve invloed op de "ease of doing business" met onze firma. Ik denk dat wij de eerste gebruiker waren van Hive met ons, merk Dynaco, en nu hebben onze andere 2 merken, Ditec en Nergeco ook deze module, dus hieruit blijkt dat zowel wij als onze klanten heel tevreden zijn met het systeem
Pros: Makkelijk te gebruiken, werkt op ieder platform, jen kan het heel erg goed uitbreiden naar nieuwe producten/productgroepen. Integratie met bestelsysteem
Cons: Soms zijn er wel problemen met updates, de data van de verschillende bronnen moeten heel goed op mekaar worden afgesteld
"CPQ en platform om samen te werken met je dealers"
Pros: Het grootste pluspunt van HiveCPQ is de bereidwilligheid en professionaliteit van de "configurator wizards" a.k.a. het Hive team. De implementatie loopt vlot en het team komt zelf met veel voorstellen ivm UX waar we zelf nog niet aan gedacht hadden. Ook voor de integratie van deze software met onze overige productiesoftware lijkt geen probleem te zijn en het team stelt zich heel flexibel op tov de andere partijen waarmee moet geïntegreerd worden. Het platform zelf is zeer gebruiksvriendelijk, zowel voor interne medewerkers alsook externe dealers die er gebruik van maken.
Cons: Momenteel nog geen echte nadelen ondervonden.

Overall: De flow van offerten, opvolging en daadwerkelijk bestellen is in het bedrijfproces opgenomen.
Pros: Naast het configureren van een poort kunnen we bij onze technische mensen de juiste onderdelen laten opzoeken en daadwerkelijk bestellen. Hiermee wint men tijd in de back-office en techniekers kennen het product en weten wat ze willen.
Cons: verbindingen op de werkvloer bij klanten zelf laten soms de wensen over

"Window configurator for Installer"
Overall: Collaboration is going very well. Specific key project manager with good communication including monthly follow up meetings.
Pros: Easy to use. Almost no training needed to be able to start using it.
Cons: The challenge with Reynaers was to link 2 configurators. This is not a standard case for this. And the other party didn't have any experience in doing this.
