Supervisor Transportation/Trucking/Railroad ### "The absolute BEST customizable CRM Software that exists for Moving Companies " 5.0 Overall Rating 5.0 5.0 Ease of Use 5.0 5.0 Features 5.0 5.0 Customer Service 5.0 5.0 Likelihood to Recommend 10/10 September 12, 2020 Most CRMS cannot handle Canada Postal Codes - most are designed for local movers - most do not focus on organizing the salespeople so they can get more done in a day - not this CRM - they adapted it for exactly what was important to our business...inserted all my templates, all my different rates, mileage, domestic & international tariffs, off season and peak season rates, taxes for each province and state, logos, and so much more....no more worrying about month end follow ups and pushing files, we are always caught up....most salespeople do not follow up like they should because so many leads gets hard to handle and stay on top of..not with this CRM - so many options and ways to organize your leads.. from dates, to what has been done on the file, they are color coded and labelled...so many search options.. ease of use for your client to enter their own inventory ..with new features being added and upgraded which is awesome.....all our templates are so easy to send and to edit before sending...I do not think there is enough room in this box for me to say...every mover needs to try this CRM...you will not have any regrets.... Pros That the team behind the CRM are willing to meet my expectations and work to make me a happy customer, they do not set limits on what their software can do and do not expect it to operate the same for everyone, my moves are a bit more complex than local movers, as we do long distance and cross border and are Customs Bonded, so my templates and rates are not like domestic movers, and I have used so many CRMS from Granot, Moverworx, Van Line CRMs and even a Custom Made CRM and hands down this is the best one I have ever used over the years... Cons Their IT guy is a complete Magician and is currently working on all my requests and fixing everything that the system did not originally have, so everything I did not like is being fixed and it is great to see the changes and how fast I can get my work done. We finally found the perfect software. It's very user-friendly and easy to adjust to. We are able to keep track of our leads, trucks, jobs, storage and so much more. The best feature is that this system send quotation automatically 24/7 so we don't spend anymore time on processing leads and manually quoting customers which could be very time consuming. Their staff is so helpful and quick to respond. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for moving software! Cons There are none so far. This software has every feature that we need to manage a moving company. Also company offered to build in additional features if we require them.
