Pros

Easy to use database as a service. Clean Backend. Quick to setup.

Cons

We had the case that all our API endpoints at deskree suddenly went dead due to a SSL certificate error. After some research online we found that many other users faced the same problem. It took support several days to detect/acknowledge/fix that error, which give me the impression that this software is a one-man show of a computer science student who will take care of a 100% outage of their API whenever he finds time. That this means our system goes down with it for several days was dismissed by their support as "We cannot offer 100% uptime". Stay away with anything used in production.

The team is customer focused and very approachable, which is very important when you are working with a new app in the company. It was important to us to have the needed functionality and support.

Pros

Excellent Secutiry Features Top notch customization at any point of time Easy use / user friendly Very nice integration with Google Docs

Cons

Lack of drawing option in chat, which would help us create content in drawings and though it is not there, the IT team already told us it is in works.

Deskree helps to properly structure all of our teamwork. Basically, we have everything we need in one digital space - from files and chats to tasks and ideas. It saves time by reducing emails and meetings.

Pros

Deskree is perfect software for online collaboration. We use a free version, and it is super powerful. It is a huge difference in teamwork efficiency using Deskree and without it. Deskree is extremely user-friendly and we do not spend time explaining how it works for new employees. We are happy with: - In Deskree we can delegate tasks, collect ideas, work on issues, collaborate on files, and chat - everything in one space. I see it very organized. - All my due dates for tasks and issues are displayed in Deskree Timeline. Very nice idea. - Nice integration with Google Drive - we both - upload files, and create Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets right in Deskree. - We do not only create and collect ideas, but we vote, categorize and comment on them. To sum up, Deskree is really useful for teamwork because everything we need is in one place. I would say, it is tasks and ideas manager, file system, and chat at once!

Cons

I do not really see any cons with Deskree. Moreover, even their small cons are actually their pros - a few months ago I mentioned two small bugs and reported it to the customer support. They have fixed it the next day. Great customer experience.
