You can get so creative with capturing leads. It's not even funny how many options there are if you get creative.
My experience thus far has been amazing great support and the system puts your business on auto poli.
I love the automated follow up texts & emails. Overall the technology is amazing & always improving.
Easy to make campaigns, does video text campaigns, text, etc. love it. Ease of use, easy to get a hold of tech support, Facebook group helps a lot as well.

The setup and instructions were a little difficult.
I have used the software for a while but currently still evaluating so far I have really found anything I dislike.
Overall it's a LOT of technology & a little confusing to use all the features.
I get the phone numbers, but are reluctant tp call the lead by name.

Cons: You can't upload your leads or database into it. So past leads that have come in before can not be added into the campaigns.
"Real Estate Service and Sales"
Pros: I like the automation the most but I also love the data that I get from callers. I use this service on multiple marketing pieces and it allows me to track what is working, what pieces get the most calls. After I get the calls the automation kicks in. When you have close to 100 calls or inquiries a month it is great to automate the follow-up. Saves tons of time and helps indicate the leads that need immediate attention vs the leads that need time.
Cons: I wish the data was 100% accurate. It's close but not 100%. Sometimes the names do not match and sometimes the addresses do not match. You can always cross-check the data with other systems. I use the mls data to cross-check.

Overall: text automation and look up contacts.
Pros: Functionality. its very technical but works with multiple systems. I like the look up system on contacts in the system and the use of our crm with it.
Cons: Too technical and the support is poor. Its one person offering support so you are dependent upon his availability. There was a number of misrepresentations of certain uses and took awhile to learn the workings of the system. not plug an play. It can negatively effect your business if you don't spend a good amount of time setting up right. Weeks. Be prepared to spend that time and don't implement until the system is ready, or you'll have bad experience with the contacts you use in the system.

Pros: Very flexible and easy to use. I have 3 different phone numbers set up that allow me to market each number differently.
Cons: I am really looking forward to being able to implement video or gifs in the autoreponders as they go out.
