Pros: I most like the ease of use, the adaptability of the product to my changing business, and the cost is the best in my industry.

Cons: Im trying to think of Cons about the software. I created 4 different events, each with different needs on the backend. If TicketSocket didn't have something I needed they developed what I needed and added it to their platform.

Overall: I have tried many ticketing platforms, I've sold millions of tickets worldwide and by far the best platform I have found is TicketSocket. The TicketSocket team has been on call on the weekends for my events making sure everything is running smooth. The price is more than competitive.

My customer support experience was great. They helped me asap with all my questions.

Pros: I like that it is white label software and we were able to connect it to our Website and also links to our Instagram.

Cons: For the most part it's easy to work with and intuitive to adapt. It took us a while to learn it and we are still learning so we can add events and changes ourselves. We still need to learn how to adapt the analytics to learn where are ticket sales are coming from. We also need to learn how to export the email database.

Pros: Ticketsocket is an incredibly powerful and user friendly software that has made it possible for my company to manage several world tours simultaneously.

It¿s back end functionality is straight forward, easy to learn, and supplies us with all of the data and analytics we need to properly service our customers and conduct business across several currencies, countries, and time zones.

The end-user experience is seamless and helps us drive sales in an organic, traceable, and simple manner.

I would recommend Capterra to anyone who is looking to have more transparency and control over their venue or event and who are sick of big ticketing companies keeping all of the data, and money!

Cons: I don't have many negative things to say about this software and any small bugs/fixes I've needed, the TS team have turned them around quickly.
