More to add as we move forward, but so far, the steps that have been implemented have gone smoothly and the LEO team has been a great help in the process.
Great - I have now used Leo for two companies and it has been successful at both companies.
How easy it can be to manage pool logs. The fact that Leonardo is paper less is awesome because its helping by reducing paper use.

The capital expense form is repetitive with vendor information and could be simplified to use the first vendor as the first bid.
We have found that onsite teams don't like to use their personal devices for data input.
We all want to believe in our team but it all comes down to risk management.

"Great product"
Pros: Keeps teams organized. Alerts team for upcoming expiring contracts, certificates, licenses, etc. Support team is awesome. Customizable.
Cons: I am satisfied with the performance of the product.
"Game Changer"
Pros: Implementing Leonardo247 has drastically reduced our labor. We no longer need to track our license and permit renewals on Excel spreadsheets manually. We can now quickly track down our monthly and quarterly site inspection reports and have the ability to view all required documents in one platform.
Cons: To date, there is nothing I am unhappy with.

Overall: I appreciate it. I would like there to be a some sort of verification such as pictures required of pool chemicals being checked. Something to ensure the team members are just clicking the work is completed when it actually is not.
Pros: That it exists without having to create a report in Excel.
Cons: I can't run the reports I want to see myself.

Overall: Positive - took a little too long to get going but that could have been our problem.
Pros: Reminds you to do the things you might forget otherwise, not just the daily stuff, but the periodic weekly, monthly, quarterly etc items that if you forget can cause you alot of trouble
Cons: Nothing that wasn't self inflicted by our company's settings. It would be nice for the program to use a little AI Intuition.

Overall: Overall, I enjoy working in Leonardo. Not a very hard product to use, once you know what you are doing.
Pros: We call it our "chore chart" in my office. It helped us remember tasks that may sometimes fall to the back of our minds, if we are super busy. It also helps keep the team accountable, if used correctly.
Cons: Some tasks reflect multiple times and I cannot remove them without "permission from my manager". Size of some of the reports. Would be helpful if reports were more custom to the property.

Overall: I have used it twice with 2 different companies. The 1st was very poor due to the rollout of the software and was extremally difficult. The 2nd go around was deffently a better experience and I believe it is due to the support you have on the backend.
Pros: I like that the reports can go directly to who should receive them.
Cons: The app is a little hard to use if you are not familiar

Overall: As the President of our company I feel I am able to better trust the system of the day to day at the sites due to the Leo platform. We all want to believe in our team but it all comes down to risk management!
Pros: We benefit most from being able to add the workflows for our preventative maintenance action items. We manage over 40 properties, and each has its own nuances. We are able to easily track within Leo to make sure nothing is overlooked. This is critical in our industry due to employee turnover or oversite changes as our business changes and grows.
Cons: From the executive level I depend on our team to oversee the software is being properly implemented and utilized at the sites. Since I don't use it day to day it makes it harder to maneuver but this would be a comment for any platform we use.

Overall: The customer side is great but the user experience is underwhelming. It should not require a lot of time to lears.
Pros: The sales pitch. It promised to do great thing but the navigation is not user friendly
Cons: The actual interface in a language foreign to the industry. For us compliance is completing time by the required date, not by the end of the month. Lack of item finding. Lack of reports. Lack of BI

Cons: Since we had not used a software of this type in the past, it took some time to get our team on board and using the product as intended.

Pros: How easily we can update tasks, think through the cadence of the requirement of tasks and have users of all levels have responsibility in the system
Cons: I would like to be able to color code certain items that at workflows, for example turn Incident Reports red to green until the are fully submitted because our teams tend to leave a lot of incomplete IR workflows open

Cons: We have found that onsite teams don't like to use their personal devices for data input. We are working on a solution but until that is resolved, our teams are not fully utilizing the program.
