our biggest problem was not previously having an online reservation program, that has boosted our sales tremindously, our other problem was that we were always over-booking or double-booking something, R2M2 has fixed both of those for us.

Pros

I really like how easy it is to use, we hire highschool students to work in the office and they had it down quick, and it has made the end of day sales reports a breeze compared to what we had previously.

Cons

nothing, it is easy to use, customer support is prompt and great with those of us that are not tech savvy.
