I think the UI needs a refresh if they're going to charge the prices they do. That or maybe more dedicated or proactive service. Pros I like how simple the platform is to use. It's a pure email verification service that doesn't try to feature stuff like Zerobounce and AtData. It's great for beginners who want a no-fuss platform with a simple API. Cons It seems to struggle with accurately detecting disposable and accept all emails. For me, that's a deal breaker as someone screening services for clients. It also took quite a long time to clean lists with bad emails inside when compared to other services like Bouncer who is one of the slower ones. Lastly, it's priced quite higher than most email verification services. I've chosen a mixture of Hunter, Emailable, ZeroBounce, and MillionVerifier for my clients depending on their budget and needs. I will likely not be topping up my credits more than the minimum top-up after my initial purchase because of the reasons I provided above. I haven't ruled them out however as a benchmark to test against the others above incase their accuracy improves in the future. It is very easy to use and does the job within 5 minutes. Does provide quality on verifications and it is very easy to integrate it with CRMs. Cons One thing which I never understood was the lack of details for the contacts that are listed as Risky (The undeliverable are straightforward) but risky ones are not backed by any data or reason behind them. As I have tested one of my colleague's emails and it came as RISKY but there was no reason behind the label. The UI is great and intuitive. It’s more accurate than other tools. When I didn't use kickbox, email bounce rate was higher (around twenty five percent), now it stays lower (within one percent) after verifying. Pros Kickbox email verification is really easy to set up and use. The Pricing is reasonable comparing to other. Efficiently support and investigate the issues; The tool works very fast, it verifies any large files within minutes and the result is better than most of the other tools. Cons I did not find any issues to be honest with this tool. It fulfills my requirement quite well.
